The residence is just ten minutes walk from the Mezzegra village which is part of the Tremezzina area. It lies in a quiet position surrounded by mountains and lake and offers unforgettable views. In the garden guests can relax or swim in the heated swimming pool enjoying the spectacular scenery of Lake and Mountains. At night the illumination of garden and swimming pool creates a romantic atmosphere. Inside the property guests have the benefit of a free private parking area, a laundry and a sauna. You can choose 5 different kinds of apartment, each benefit from telephone, satellite TV, safe deposit box and dishwasher.

Apt 1 - 3: (Type A) One room (studio) apartment for 2 people with kitchen, mezzanine floor with double bed, bathroom with shower. Terrace lake view. Apartments 2 and 3 have double sofa bed in living room and a pull out additional bed to sleep 3 people in total.

Apt 4 - 8:(Type B) Two-room apartments for 4/5 persons with kitchen corner , living- room with double sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds(possibility to add one single bed), bathroom with shower. Lake view.
